In the first session, we go through the entire health history to explore possible causes of any imbalance, going through a detailed review of nutrition, lifestyle, daily routines and daily schedule.
By completing the test, we determine your "Prakruti" (innate ayurvedic body) type and provide information about the characteristics of your body type. Then, by determining your current body type, "Vikruti", if there is an imbalance in our current body type, we determine together an action plan according to your needs that can help bring your body and mind back to balance and happiness.
As a result of the first consultation, in the second meeting, details such as lifestyle, nutrition, daily routine, meditation, breathing techniques, colors and scents suitable for your dosha are shared with you in your consultation report. In the next meeting, we evaluate the situation with the Ayurvedic Health & Nutrition Counseling Follow-up meeting.
Ayurvedic Consultation consists of 3-session meetings as introductory meeting, report sharing and follow-up meeting.
Ayurveda means "Science of Life". It is the oldest known healing system in the world and has its origins in the Vedic culture of India.
According to Ayurveda, each person is born into the world with a unique body type that we called one's Prakruti. Living conditions, environmental conditions and psychological events may force people's well-balanced well-being, and as a result of this, physical or mental illnesses may occur with the loss of this balance. The aim of Ayurveda is to determine the body type that the person has from birth and to keep it in balance in this direction; It is to share Nutrition Styles, Breathing Techniques (Pranayama), Meditation Techniques, Daily Routines, Massage Techniques, Physical Activities, Spice Usage, Music Choices and Aromatherapy Information with people.
