Since I realized that holistic health is a concept beyond nutrition and physical activity, I have taken it upon myself to share this with as many people as possible. It is not possible to talk about holistic health just by eating healthy or doing exercise. However, these two are the topics we talk about the most about health.
Nutrition, physical activity, work-life balance, relationships, stress management; all of these make up our overall health. I have learned this through my own journey and trainings that I have done which have shown me the importance of looking as it as a whole; spirituality, career, relationships to stress management. Mind-Body-Spirit Balance is essential. This holistic approach will be our guide on this journey.
Stress and Nutrition are the main source of all diseases. We are always so busy with our jobs and personal lives that we cannot spare any time for our health, ourselves and our loved ones. The things we experience on our daily lives might cause our entire body and mind balance to deteriorate. The main principle of this consultancy is to adapt a healthy life according to one's own life. There is no one-size-fits-all diet or one-size-fits-all healthy lifestyle. Everyone's diet and routine are unique, like fingerprints.
Our body actually heals itself and all we have to do is listen to it... Sometimes we need a companion on our own journey...
